Squarespace support: Squarespace offers 24/7 support via live chat and email. They can log in to the backend of your site to troubleshoot issues in real-time and they will walk you through step-by-step to help you resolve any issues you may have on your site.

If I can assist you without logging into your site, then it’s at no charge! If the issue is a bit bigger and requires me to log into your website, I have an hourly rate at which I can assist you.
