Here are some resources on how to get help quickly! While I’m always happy to help, there are a few methods you may want to try first before reaching out to me.

  • Lesson recording: Check out the above-linked lesson recording for a refresher on how to update something on your website.

  • Squarespace support: Squarespace offers 24/7 support via live chat and email. They can log in to the backend of your site to troubleshoot issues in real-time and they will walk you through step-by-step to help you resolve any issues you may have on your site.

  • Reach out to me: If the above methods are not helping, feel free to send me an email! I will get back to you as quickly as I can. If I can assist you without logging into your site, then it’s at no charge! If the issue is a bit bigger and requires me to log into your website, I have an hourly rate at which I can assist you. Either way, just reach out to me and we will figure it out together! :)
