Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged, if the safety button is popped, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

Although we try to ship as soon as possible, expected preparation time to ship is 7-10 business days from the date of order, which then ships 3-day USPS Ground. For more timely service, we recommend the pickup option at Kesicke Farm Stand.
